• None reported, but in theory its use with tramadol   Tramadol  , meperidine, dextromethorphan, pentazocine   Pentazocine  , monoamine oxidase inhibitors including selegiline   Selegiline hydrochloride  , selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors including fluoxetine   Fluoxetine hydrochloride  , or other antidepressant drugs such as amitriptyline   Amitryptiline   and clomipramine   Clomipramine hydrochloride   could cause additive serotonergic effects.
