Interactions

with other drugs

  • Metoclopramide - antagonism as interacting drugs have opposing effects on gastrointestinal motility.
  • Combination with any other CNS depressant drug - enhanced depressant effects.
  • May reverse effects of mu agnonist opioids, eg pethidine   Pethidine  .
