  • Enhanced effects of phenytoin Phenytoin due to inhibition of cytochrome P450 dependent liver enzymes.

Theophylline

  • Increased plasma concentrations of theophylline Theophylline.
  • In man fluconazole has led to terfenadine Terfenadine toxicity when the two are administered together.
