Uses

Indications

• Lymphosarcoma Lymphoma , soft tissue sarcomas Soft tissue sarcoma , hemangiosarcoma Pericardium: hemangiosarcoma , carcinomas (thyroid and mammary) Adenoma / adenocarcinoma Skin: squamous cell carcinoma Adenoma / adenocarcinoma in the dog. Lymphoma, soft tissue sarcomas (including vaccine associated sarcomas) and mammary carcinomas in the cat.
• It may be used alone or in combination with other antineoplastic therapies.

Digoxin

• Reduction in serum digoxin Digoxin levels.

Barbiturate

• Increases plasma clearance of doxorubicin.

Cyclophosphamide

• Increases risk of cardiotoxicity.

Heparin

• Forms precipitate with doxorubicin.
