Anesthetics and anti-arrhythmics

  • Increased risk of arrhythmias.

Anti-epileptics

  • Tricyclics antagonize the effects of anti-epileptics.

Sedatives

  • Enhanced sedative effect.
  • Cimetidine → decreased metabolism → increased concentration doxepin.
