• Selective alpha-2 adrenoceptor agonist.

Uses

Indications

• In humans: control of intraocular pressure in glaucoma Glaucoma or following intraocular surgery.
• In dogs: possible adjunct to other hypotensive agents.
• In cats: contraindicated.
  Little information regarding efficacy in dog or cat.

• In human concurrent use with MAO inhibitors is contraindicated.
