Habitat

  • Adults and L1 - lungs.

Lifecycle

  • Probably the same as Andersonstrongylus captivensis, which like Filaroides hirthi, is direct by the ingestion of the L1 passed in spuntum or feces.
  • The skunk is probably the normal host.

Transmission

  • Not known. Probably ingestion of L1.
