General information

  • Originating from a cross between the Weimaraner Weimaraner and the German Wirehaired Ponter German Wirehaired Pointer. Another ancestor thought to be the Cesky Fousek (or Bohemian Pointer).
  • From Czech Republic.
  • Large and sturdily built.
  • Double coat of medium length.
  • Lively, easy to train but needs regular grooming and exercise. Suited to rural lifestyle.
