Introduction

General information

  • Originated in Germany from the breeding of small varieties of the German Spitz. Has the typical Spitz-type tail and mane.
  • The dense undercoat covered by the long straight topcoat gives the dog a fluffy appearance. Will require diligent grooming to keep this coat looking good.
  • Size makes it an ideal companion in town environments. Propensity to bark also makes it a good watchdog.
  • Spirited breed.
