Introduction

General information

  • An ancient breed from Israel, originally used as a herder and guard dog by the Bedouins.
  • Can be rather aloof, but still a good companion dog.
  • Easily obedience trained and often used for tracking, search and rescue, as well as its original uses of herding and guarding.
  • Good with children, needs little grooming.
