  • Also known as the Aussie.
  • An intelligent working dog with the stamina to work for long periods.
  • Good herding abilities.
  • Makes a good companion animal, they are loyal and affectionate.
  • Need lots of space and regular exercise.
  • Life expectancy: up to 12 years.
  • This breed is also used for:
    • Guarding.
    • Drug detection.
    • Search and rescue.
