Bio
Simon graduated from the University of Bristol, UK in 1990 and completed resedencies in Large Animal Internal Medicine and Ambulatory Medicine at Cornell University, USA. He gained his PhD from Cornell in 1998. His main research and clinical interests are centered around infectious diseases of large animals. He has published in various areas of large animal internal medicine, in particular infectious disease pathogenesis and neonatology. Simon is currently Head of Large Animal Internal Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
