Bio
Dan graduated from the Koret Vet school in 1991, and earned a PhD degree in cardiac electrophysiology by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1997. He completed a residency program in Cardiology and another one-year long fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Pennsylvania in 1999.
Dan was employed as Research Scientist by a pharmaceutical company (Eli Lilly and Company) from 2000 through 2003, and earned ACVIM Board Certification in Cardiology in 2001, and was then boarded in Cardiology by ECVIM-CA in 2006.
Dan has been working at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of the Koret School as Staff Cardiologist since 2003, where he is also appointed as Clinical Associate Professor in Clinical Cardiology.
