EMG: late potentials

  1. At low stimulus intensities, antidromic conduction can give H reflexes that are replaced by F waves at higher stimulus intensities; typically, F waves are of small amplitude and vary from one trial to the next.
  2. H reflex may be of large amplitude and keeps the same aspect. It is contaminated by F waves at intermediary stimulus intensities.
