Overview

Result Data

Normal (reference) values

  • Interfollicular phase: 37 pmol/l.
  • During folliculogenesis: 220 pmol/l.
  • Drops rapidly over 5 days after mating (may increase slightly prior to parturition).

Abnormal values

  • In pseudopregnancy, estradiol concentrations mimic pregnancy for first 40 days.
