  1. Dorsoventral projection of the thorax of a cat with a murmur.
  2. The cardiac silhouette is enlarged in a craniocaudal direction and the heart has a shape of a ''lemon''.
  3. The heart is wider than normal (normally less than 2/3 width of the thorax) indicating cardiomegaly.
  4. The pulmonary veins were enlarged indicating left sided failure or over-circulation.
