  • Normal urine pH in ferrets fed a high quality, meat based diet is acidic, approximately pH 6.

Methodologies

  • Mix the urine specimen thoroughly.
  • Pipette urine onto dipstick pads.
  • Hold horizontally to avoid run-off between pads.
